Dawn Elias will assume the role of Custom Program Administrator

Since the purchase of the IBS business, the custom program has doubled in size and we expect it to continue to grow each year. Our goal at Alta is to make this an industry leading custom collection program. With that, effective December 3rd Dawn Elias will assume the role of Custom Program Administrator.

Dawn will be working closely with the Custom Program Manager in completing daily inquiries, request and updates with the custom collection clients. Dawn will be handling most duties held by Brad Dubeau and combining some duties she has held as a Client Service Representative. Going forward Dawn will focus on the custom program administration that will cover everything from production updates to contract completions. She will report directly to Terry White, Custom Program Manager.

Dawn’s 15 years of experience assisting with the custom program will make this transition of duties and job description a seamless process. The custom program team is excited to be working even closer with Dawn in the daily activities during the continued growth of the custom collection department.

Over the years Dawn has been a valuable part of the Alta Genetics Team, her extensive knowledge of the products, program and clients has made her successful. We will miss Dawn in the Client Service Team and we will rely on her to assist us with the transition over the following weeks to come. With that there will be a position available as a Client Services Representative immediately; if anyone is interested please contact Michelle Kimber.
