Mr. John McDougall Joins Alta

Further to our communication last week, we are excited to announce the appointment of Mr. John McDougall to International Sales Manager for Australasia, effective January 9, 2006. John will be responsible for managing our wholesale markets in Australia, New Zealand, Indonesia, South Korea, Thailand, Taiwan and Vietnam, and will work closely with our distributors in those countries. John will report directly to me.

John comes to Alta from the Royal Agricultural Winter Fair, where he managed the Agriculture Division. Prior to this, John was actively involved in the A.I. industry within the international marketing arena. John brings his skills and expertise in agriculture to Alta, along with a B.Sc. degree in Agriculture from the University of Guelph. John is currently a Director of the Ontario Agriculture College Strategic Planning Committee and is a recipient of numerous leadership awards.
