Martha Amidon Joins Marketing Team

Alta is pleased to announce that Martha Amidon has been appointed to the position of Marketing Professional within the Balzac-based Marketing team.

Martha began employment with Alta in 2004 in a contract role within the Product Development department as the Sire Procurement Coordinator. Previously, Martha had worked as a Marketing Coordinator at another AI company from 2000 to 2003. The experience gained in both disciplines will serve her well in her new role.

Martha was born and raised on a dairy farm in Southwestern Ontario and graduated from the University of Guelph in 1999. An active participant in a variety of youth programs like 4-H and Junior Framers, Martha brings a wealth of enthusiasm and a positive attitude to her new role.

In her new role Martha will assist in a variety of Marketing projects including the creation of sales materials, writing communications pieces and press releases and ensuring relevant information on our products is easily accessible.
