Segundo Gonzalez has accepted the position of Technician Team Leader

We are pleased to announce that Segundo Gonzalez has accepted the position of Technician Team Leader for the Wisconsin team.

Segundo comes to Alta, already having a great "Alta experience" through managing the majority of the staff at Jon-De Dairy, a prominent Alta Advantage herd in Northwest Wisconsin, for about 8 years. Most recently Segundo has been training farm employees across the Midwest through proper milking procedure, fresh cow protocols, and reproductive plans. A unique twist to his skill is the ability to also train the managers at these dairies about the Hispanic culture and the implications that has on the dairy operation and employee management in general.

Segundo's goal in his role is to build and grow the technician business in hedgehog herds throughout Northeast Wisconsin.

We welcome Segundo to the team, and look forward to the development of an effective technician team and the business opportunities that having that service available presents.
