Steven Hopp has been hired as a Herdsman

I am pleased to announce that Steven Hopp has been hired as a Herdsman at the Watertown Production Center effective June 2, 2008.

Steve has a Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science with a Dairy Emphasis. He grew up in Fox Lake WI and received his degree in May 2008 from the University of Wisconsin – Platteville. Steve has a diverse background in agriculture working in all areas of raising and caring for dairy cattle as well as completing an internship with a feed mill. He was involved in FFA, Block and Bridle, Dairy Club and a Member of the Alpha Gamma Rho fraternity at UW-P.

Steve is on the volunteer Fire Department in Fox Lake and enjoys fishing and hunting.

We are excited to have Steve as part of the Watertown Production Team so please help me in welcoming him to the Alta Genetics Team.
