Susie Adrian has accepted the position as a Client Services

We are pleased to announce that Susie Adrian has accepted the position as a Client Services Representative in our Balzac facility, starting April 4th, 2008.

Susie has over 15 years experience as a Customer Service Representative, most recently with Rogers Communications and Star Choice Communications. She moved from Quebec years ago and has held Bilingual roles since coming to Alberta. In her recent position she performs quality control on the calls being received and handles customer complaints and inquiries. She has a tremendous amount of experience in everything from incoming calls, shipping orders to receiving payments.

Please join me in welcoming Susie to Alta. We look forward to her enthusiasm and Client Service experience she will bring to the Team.
