Alta Genetics
Custom Services Program is entering a new and exciting phase this
year. After selling our Beef Marketing Program in July to Genex,
we are now able to focus entirely on our clients and the care of
their sires. As Alta no longer leases, owns, and markets it’s
own Beef bulls we have added some features to our Custom Program.
One of our new features is if you choose you can display your herd
bull, the sire, dam & progeny pictures as well as pedigree and
contact information on our Alta Web site. Included in the subscription
fee is a free display on Browarny’s Sire Direct listing. This
allows you to take advantage of over 10,000 hits/week on these two
sites.
A second additional service we will be offering is pick up and return
of your sire with our own Alta truck and trailer. You will find
this a valuable convenience at very competitive rates.
The Lab at Balzac has added the latest advanced technology in semen
processing with a Flow Cytometer. With this equipment we can ensure
an even more consistent, accurate evaluation of your sire’s
semen and ultimately higher conception on your pregnancy rates.
It is an exciting time to be in the A. I. Industry with the advancement
of CIDR use and sexed semen on the horizon.
At Alta we look forward to being a complete A. I. Service from bull
care, semen collection right through to the distribution and promotion
of your product.
