There are just ten CV-free US proven sires that exceed +2000 lbs for milk with a minimum of +1.00 for Udder Composite (UDC), +0.00 for Feet and Legs (F&L) and +1500 TPI when reliability requirements of 75% for milk and 70% for type are used. Fully 50% among that elite group are Alta proven sires – four of them also Alta sired. Furthermore, two additional bulls carry an Alta sire translating into 70% of the listing being either owned or sired by an Alta bull.
