MARSHALL – a strong performance

MARSHALL daughters have been milking in Germany for nearly a year now. In the last six months his proof for milk production (RZM) increased about 15 points and in type (RZE) about 5 points. With numerous daughters little change would be expected from here on. Everywhere, farmers are pleased with their Marshalls.

Alex & Fritz Straub from Überlingen, Germany, are a prime example: “We are milking three Marshall daughters.

All three are excellent in milk production and have good components. For us, they are ideal cows for the free stall environment with good feet and legs and very good udders. As heifers they had high pins, but now after their first claving you only see a higher onset of the tail, and this is no problem for us. Two of the three Marshalls are pregnant again. We are very much impressed with their good persistency. Nearly six months after calving they are still giving 45 kg milk per day. These very quiet cows have a good milking speed of about 5.5 to 7.5 lbs per minute. We are very happy with our Marshall daughters!”
