Semenitaly and Alta Genetics join forces in Italy
Alta Italia: New name... well-known sires

Semenitaly and Alta Genetics are teaming up to bring Italian dairy producers top-ranked proven sires from the US, the Netherlands and Canada. The two companies have reached an agreement that includes the purchase of Alta’s distributor, Italgenetics, by Semenitaly and the signing of an exclusive distributor agreement by Alta Genetics with Semenitaly. The new subsidiary company will be known in the market as Alta Italia – Italgenetics serving clients throughout Italy with a range of Alta products and services. The agreement is borne out of the synergy between Semenitaly and Alta Genetics who both desire to create value for progressive Italian milk producers by building relationships of trust and delivering results. |
