11H7434 AltaORBIT
Cow Family
AltaORBIT is bred to be a rock solid type bull. His dam, Fatal Omega, was a very well balanced cow that didn’t appear to be as big as she was. She had a blend of dairy strength and depth of rib that went unnoticed because you would be drawn to her fantastic udder. Her udder was snapped on tight, with beautiful veining and width of rear udder that allowed her to make over 38,000 pounds of milk in her first lactation.
Omega’s dam was the Bellwood Orange cow - one of Bellwood’s best daughters. Not only was she a favorite of the Alta’s product development department but Orange was in great demand world wide. Orange was long and deep in the body with a great will to milk. Orange was one of those unique Bellwood’s that had the ability to produce great volumes of milk through a tremendous quality udder. This can be explained by the excellent mammary systems on the two dams behind Orange. This is not the first time Orange has contributed to the Alta program. Her son AltaORIGINAL was a marketing favorite.
AltaAARON was used as a mating sire to maintain the great udders and AltaAARON was a great mating for Bellwood’s. The functional type had bred through with can’t miss tremendous udders and two year olds that will mature into profitable cows.
