Confidence in a Committed Partner
Progressive dairymen around the world continue to heighten their awareness on the profitable results seen by making an investment in sound genetics – genetics they can trust. Alta is partnered with some of the most innovative large scale Jersey producers in the world. It is their Jerseyland Sires partner that selects and tests their genetics in the very same challenging work environments that commercial dairymen are managing in everyday. Alta/Jerseyland Sires has graduated two additional sires during the April Sire Summary and continues to solidify the value of their genetics. It takes a committed partner with industry leading programs and genetics you can trust to deliver the results you aspire. Alta is delivering on their motto:

Highlights
Alta’s two new graduates continue to add on the momentum created by the five additions in January. Creating highly productive daughters that last multiple lactations without biased treatment is a goal most dairymen are striving for. January release 11JE0806 Carrier has made notable gains in milk pounds and JPI™ with the addition of eleven daughters. Alta/Jerseyland second crop daughters were a focal point of Showcase California. 122JE5198 Abe has certainly proven himself to the industry for consistently siring daughters with a will to produce high volumes of component rich milk while continuing to develop and thrive for multiple lactations. 122JE5194 Ramsus continually demonstrates that they are peas in a pod and built to be easy keepers in free stall environments. 122JE5200 Futurity and 122JE5181 Saber deliver the kind of cows that are put together extremely well with industry leading type.

New Additions
11JE0805 BW Marshal – Parade x Centurion x Avery x Berretta
Marshal becomes a dairymen’s dream with a profitable winning combination of health traits, type and notable production. These healthy easy keepers are tall upstanding cows with superb dairy strength and an abundance of width when viewed from either end. Marshal brings a very desirable udder breakdown with great clearance and attachments from highly productive cows. Silky hided cows demonstrate great mobility with a steep foot angle and ideal set to the leg.
11JE0814 Deerview Rubex-ET – Rueben x Alf x Lester
Rubex is a standout sire for high milk volume coupled with an elevated level of CFP making him an extremely efficient cheese producer. Rubex daughters are extremely dairy and modern sized with tremendous rear udder height, width and attachments. Their strength is not sacrificed by their remarkable open and deep rib. Rubex daughters add a profitable punch to those looking for a spike in production.
