Are there pregrates above 25%?

Are there any herds that have 25+% pregrate without making a bunch of DNB (do not breed) cows?

There are some herds around the US that are now creating a preg risk of greater than 25%. They are able to do it with both and excellent conception rate, 40% or greater and a very good service rate (60 - 70%). These are real and are not a function of a high amount of DNBs.
