When in a cow's lactation is best to give Bovi-Shield(ML) injections?

At what time(DIM) is it best to give a Bovi-shield injections. Mainly, should cows be given two injections of bovi-shield a year, and at what period of her lactation. 2-4weeks pre breeding and what other time (dryoff)? Assuming shot complience is not an issue.

we do two shots a year, once in the fall before it gets cold (november)and once in the spring before it gets too hot(may). all cows get vaccinated even dry cows. we used to do one shot before breeding and one at dry off, felt like we left a long window on cows with long days open. now everyone is the same interval and there is no reason to have to find an odd number of cows to vaccinate (less waste and cheaper in bigger bottles)
